In homeopathy, the person comes first. I'm interested in how your cycle behaves, how you respond to stress, your energy, sleep, digestion and moods, and what has changed since things began.
In this program I choose your remedy based on the whole picture, not on a protocol.
How the six months work
Your initial consultation
We start with a detailed look at your health, history and the patterns across your cycle, hormones and life. Your first consultation is included in the program.
Support between sessions
You're not on your own between appointments. I'm available by email for touch base.
Follow-ups every month
We will meet every month, spaced out from the initial consultation until the 6 month mark, reviewing how you're responding and adjusting your plan as things change.
