About Your Host

[Your Name]
Homeopath, Educator, and Women’s Wellness Guide

My work is grounded in the belief that the body knows how to heal when given the right support and space. With a background in homeopathy and whole-body wellness, I have spent years helping women restore energy, balance hormones, and build sustainable health from the inside out.

This retreat brings that work to life in a hands-on, heart-centered way. You do not need to be perfect, prepared, or experienced. You only need to show up willing to care for yourself differently.

Retreat Overview

Day One: Arrival and Grounding
Welcome to your space. You will arrive, settle in, and enjoy a nourishing welcome dinner followed by a calming opening circle to set intentions and ease into the weekend.

Day Two: Awareness and Foundations
The day begins with movement and breathwork to gently activate your body. We explore key foundations of stress and digestion, followed by downtime for rest or self-reflection. An evening circle invites space for integration.

Day Three: Energy and Nourishment
We continue with a focus on food, mood, and blood sugar balance. Outdoor time includes paddle boarding or a nature walk, allowing for movement in a natural setting. Evening reflection supports emotional clarity and nervous system calm.

Day Four: Integration and Departure
Our final morning is spent anchoring what you’ve learned and identifying simple ways to carry the experience home. We close with a group brunch and circle before departure.
